No indicators on dash at all

I'm having trouble with my indicator lights ( the turn signal and high beam indicator) they will not come on the actual turn signals and high beam work just not the indicators on dash I replaced all fuses and bulbs so I'm lost. The actual dash back lights work and the overhead light work it's just the indicators plz help I'm tired of chasing this down lol

Ok , so your sure the bulbs are good and the turn signals and high beams actually work . Looking at this handy wiring diagram (I know it says 1992 , but 1991 and 1992 share the same wiring diagram) what is the commonality between all three indicators ? It's the ground connection , of course . Most highly likely that ground connection is not making it to the dash for one of a couple of reasons ;

Bad/dirty contact on the connector that mates with the dash's printed foil circuit when the dash is mounted into place , Or perhaps someone cut a wire when installing an aftermarket stereo or alarm system , or maybe the ground connection itself is corroded or otherwise not making contact .

Thank you for the reply I guess I need to start looking around at wires. I'm not very experienced with wiring so this will be a experience lol

Re: No indicators on dash at all

Can anyone give me a general idea of where the ground for this would be located?

I'm sorry that is something I don't know . The GM shop manual will have that info (NOT "Haynes" or "Chiltons" , but the actual factory GM shop manual) and I've seen used copies of the shop manual go as low as $30 on Ebay , it's usually $100 to $150 for a brand new one .

Can anyone give me a general idea of where the ground for this would be located?

Every BLACK wire on the cluster connector(s). (Plug C1' PIN C5, and Plug 'C2' PIN C7' )

If each or those 2 BLACK wires has good ground at the cluster plug, but the indicators are still not working,.... this could be a problem with the clusters printed circuit.
