Re: all turn signals work except dash indicators???

Possibly a bad contact on the instrument cluster? Bad bulb socket?
You would need to find out whether the bulbs are getting any power with the instrument cluster seated in the dash. I know it is not easy but that's your best option.
Btw, if you had a bad ground for the dash indicators, the two turn indicators would glow dimly with either turn signal on (backfeeding the ground through the other side turn signal).

Let us know what you find.

Not sure if this will help, but it's quick and easy...I had problems with my turn signals (inside and out) and cancelling cam...took steering wheel off and the turn signal switch seemed loose...tightened the 3? screws and BAM..everything worked.
