one headlight brighter than the other

I have a 1989 RS. I just replaced the headlight high and low beams and still have the passenger low beam brighter than the other. What can i do to fix this.

Make sure the connector terminals are clean & make sure the lights have a good, clean chassis ground.

I had the exact same problem--it was my ground on that side--check yours out.
