Signal lights

Car: 1987 Chevrolet IROC-Z Camaro
Engine: LB9 > L98 5.7-liter V-8 TPI
Transmission: MD8 4-Speed Automatic MX0
Axle/Gears: GU5 3.23 G92
Signal lights
Well here’s another issue I’ve been having.
While the car car is running, lights/head and parking turned OFF: When I activate either signal light they work properly, blinking at a normal speed.
While the car car is running, lights/head and parking turned ON: When I activate either signal light they blink at an extremely slow speed.
Sometimes - While the car car is in motion (RPM) increase, lights/head and parking turned ON: While signal light is active the extremely slow blink speed starts to increase and it begins to blink faster.
i have replaced the alternator and don’t know what else the problem could be.
