Well i replaced my stock coil with an accel super coil, among other things i did tuning up my recently-acquired GTA. Well during a spirited drive up the on-ramp my tach blanked out at 3500/4000 rpms. It has the digital dash. I've also been having a hard-start problem since then. Is there anyway a new coil and/or ignition module can cause his? any info would be appreciated.......

 

I don't think those mods would affect it like that. But then again, what do I know.

 

Probably just the dash, there known to go bad. On my digital dash some of lights in the oil pressure guage are burnt out and when my tach hits about 3500rpm the the whole tach lights up all the way to the end.
