I'm having trouble explaining this, so I'll start with pictures since they say a lot.

driver side lights work(unplugged the outer to take pics of connector)passenger doesn't.

the housings are different, and only the two prong bulb is wired to the ballast. (cant remember which one is hi an low). they're also different temps.

so tested the side that's out, and I have voltage on both pigtails, so I'm assuming the ballast is bad. couldnt test the three prong on passenger, because it just isnt wired
so my question is, do I have hi and lo hids? and if not, what ballast and harness can I use to run both, was looking at something of a decent quality. mirimoto or equivalent. thanks to anyone who can shine some light on this, pun intended.

im assuming the bulbs are h4/9006 ??
