Question about fog lights

Car: 1988 GTA Trans am 1 owner since new
Engine: 383 built
Transmission: 1995 camaro t56 6 speed
Axle/Gears: 3.24 posi 9 bolt
Question about fog lights

Ok
I have a 88 gta
the stock fog lights only let me turn them on when the headlights are on flipped up
which is annoying
is there anyone who did what I want
let me know

On second thought , Drew is right , sometimes things are best left as they are

Every thirdgen I've owned lets you run the fog lights with the parking lights on. Shouldn't have to cut anything unless you want to use them with the hi-beams, and it's better just to not be an A-hole in that case.
