Good Morning!
This is my first post on the forum so if I'm in the wrong board please point me in the proper direction. I'm also a novice and this is my first project. I have an 88 Firebird Trans AM GTA, 350 5.7. I want to replace the analog cluster with the Intellitronix DP3001. The analog cluster has the printed circuit board with the C2 connector on top and C1 on the bottom. I got the analog pinout from alldatadiy.com but I need the pinout of the harnesses in the vehicle. Can anyone help me out? I've attached pics of the analog cluster board and the harnesses.
Thanks!
Return it or junk it now without going through all the headaches. There are other threads about intellitronix gauges. If you procede get used to taking dash apart frequently and paying to ship circuit boards in for warranty work. The leds dont last and burn out constantly probably within first week you will notice some getting dimmer then will quit entirely. Intellitronix uses inferior cheap chinese leds and crude circuitry. You've been warned before wasting your time.
2Knight and NoEmissions84TA - thank you both for responding and providing that information. I'll steer clear of the Intellitronix. Looks like you've saved me some real headaches!
No problem, I wish everyone would read up on them before purchasing and wasting hard earned dollars and time and frustration from a poorly made product. If wanting to have digital gauges I would go with dakota digital, I haven't had their gauges for 3rd gen, but have had many other gauges from them and there quality is hard to beat and look well made & never had any issues with any of them.
