didn't know if this was the right forum for this post, but it seemed like the most logical. saw an add for the Uniden GPSRD in C/D, just wanted to know if anybody had one and if it's worth it. i think it's relatively new, it's the gps one.

 

Somehow a GPS radar detector doesnt seem right to me...

 

well, it's like a radar detector and laser and all that crap, but it uses gps to tell you your exact position and stuff like that. it also has a speed trap database so it tells you when you're approaching known speed traps. check it out on page 25 of the february car and driver.

 

It is junk compared to a valentine 1 i mean it will detect cops but it's not a high end detector.
