WHAT"S MY PROBLEM(S)?

Known Issues:
1. Cruise control won't hold; throbs & pulses on hills; activator on steering column engages okay; detector on on transmission has been replaced.
2. Oil pressure gauge sticks on max pin pressure on cold start. As engine warms, pressure reading lowers slowly & reads correctly. Oil pump was replaced when engine upgraded to 5.5L.
3. Engine warning light comes on at cold start. If engine is turned off for 20 seconds and then turned on but not started for twenty seconds, then started, engine warning light goes off. Warning light sometimes comes on at highway speed, causing a short engine freeze. When warning light is on, engine loses power slightly, as if switching loops & changing its timing. Whether engine light is off or on, car accelerates in a gratifying manner, but seems to run rich when engine warning light is on. Problem is intermittent.
4. Speedometer & RPM aren't steady & jump up & down slightly. Engine chugs on idle at 750 RPM.
5. Gas smell from right front of car on LH turn when tank is full; smell comes from front. Gas tank was pressure tested & found okay. Correct gas cap is used.

Codes:
14, 36, 43, 45, 46, 51, 52, 53, 61, 63.

Notes:
Codes seem related to a vacuum problem and/or sensors. Torque on header has not been checked.
Front 02 sensor recently replaced. There's no back 02 sensor because there's no CAT.
ECM is P4 type #1227165 from 1989-350 Camaro; software is $6E bin.

Codes seem related to no's 1 &2. Suspect vacuum leak and/or sensors, esp. oil & coolant sensors.
Electrical was inspected by specialist; electrical short unlikely, but not impossible.
Radiator was replaced & fan replaced with dual electric fans.
ECM works, and car gets EPA-rated 14mpg.
Car is 1991 Camaro RS, TPI.

That's all this 78-yr-old English major knows.
