Ecm removal to msd box

Hello everyone, picking up a 1988 iroc this weekend and had a quick question if I remove the ecm and engine harness (going to be carb 383) and just run a msd box does that harness effect headlights, brake lights, cluster, or radio ? I wouldn't think so I assume they run to the fuse panel secretly but fighured I'd ask before I regretted. Long storie short I want to remove the engine harness and ecm and use a msd set up for a cleaner and better proformence but still want everything to work

The ECM wire harness is completely separate from the engine & lights harness, and is on the opposite side of the car.
DO NOT remove the engine harness...

What all can be removed. I'm wanting to go the same route. Mine started as a sport coupe with a 4bbl.
