GTA Steering Wheel Controls

Does anyone know if there's ever been an adapter made for using the steering wheel controls with an aftermarket stereo? Short of finding one, I'm either going to give a universal one a shot or try to rig something up.

There was because my steering wheel controls work in my car with the old aftermarket Pioneer DEH-P77DH CD player in there now. What that adapter is I don’t know unfortunately but I saw something similar to one of the PAC universal ones Crutchfield sells for under $20 when I added a Bluetooth adapter to mine last month. I also think it matters what aftermarket radio you have, I heard somewhere it needs to be one with a remote?

I would see what Crutchfield says, their customer service is very good and might be able to get you exactly what you need.

Also if worse comes to worse I can take mine out and try to get a part number or at least pics for you on a day where it’s not quite as freezing in my garage.

Re: GTA Steering Wheel Controls

I found one on PAC that someone here used years back. I think I'm going to go that route.
