90 camaro headlight issues

90 camaro headlight issues
No headlights checked fusible link by starter its good
car will have headlights for maybe 10 min then flicker and go out when it does this my headlights and interior lights as well as gauge and hatch button...also acc fuse does not pop but also at times it does not have power going to the back of the fuse block any help is appreciated
