I have a 1990 camaro rs with the 305 and 700r4 trans I switch it over to a carburetor and since it's been raining alot I figured I'd cut down the harness and remove the ecm now the problem I've run into the car starts fine but my gauge cluster lights work with the light switch off and when I turn the running/headlights on they turn off also the tach/oil/and fuel gauge is not working and i didnt cut any of them wires im assuming it a ground problem but im not sure what wires from the harness that comes out of the driver side fire wall goes to grounds I can't seem to find a diagram for it

 

What was the point of cutting wires? None of that is necessary for removing the ECM...

 

some of them wire where already cut but the car ran so didn't think much of it the only cut wires i can see are a light blue orange and there is a black with the white stripe is ran to a ground on the fire wall I also got a orange wire light blue and a tan with black stripe wire coming from the trans it looks like that are cut too there is also a Brown wire that splits off that has 1 wire cut and a grey wire that is cut are one of them splits too guy before me had it pretty hacked up
