It looks like a relay goes here but I have no idea for what. Everything seems to be working ok for the most part. Its hanging down right now but looks like it's supposed to be tucked up above the brake pedal. It has yellow, blue, green and brown wires.
Its on a 92 RS V8 Auto.

 

Not a relay.

Looks kinda like it's for the headlight dimmer switch. Sits on top of the steering column closer to the firewall than the ign sw.

 

The dimmers work so it's not that. As far as I know everything is working. If not a relay then what else would plug into it? Could it be something that was optional? Would they leave it empty like that?

I hadn't thought of that but now that I do yep the fog lights don't come on. I guess I'll go ahead and get a relay and stick it in there.

That is certainly what it looks like (also that P.E.D unsealed Relay Connector was not used for many other Relays in our Cars).
