Turn Signal help needed

Car: 1986 Z28, 1989 RS
Engine: 6.0 LQ4
Transmission: TH350
Axle/Gears: Stock, 4:11
Turn Signal help needed
Okay, got car, someone has been playing under the dash alot.
Dash was out, steering column was out, now putting it together.
Computer, heat, a/c removed and converted to auto from 5 speed
Engine electronics are completely separate from car wiring.
Have:
headlights (high and low)
hazard lights
running lights
brake lights
dash lights
reverse lights
Do not have:
Turn signals

When you activate the turn signal switch does anything happen? Can you hear a click? Have you checked the turn signal relay, turn signal flasher?
