Ok so I’ve been having a problem with my electric fuel pump cutting off and coming back on for years now and my fuel gauge also does not work so my theory is that the wiring going to the back of the car is not great. I’m officially at my breaking point with this thing because im putting a new engine in and the fuel pump is still doing it so I was just wondering if anyone had a guide for how it runs from the front to the back of the car and all the wiring to check there. By the way I know the actual fuel gauge works because I checked it. So I’m pretty sure I’ve got some wiring problems, and maybe that’s why my third brake light doesn’t work to, I don’t know.

I can probably make you a new fuel tank harness. I just need to work with you to get a length measurement and some pictures so I can reverse engineer it.

 

im gonna go through it today and see if I can find a short or something that could be messing it up. Gonna read through that thread first though lol. Thanks though, I’ll let you know if I need a new harness.
