Help! My car won't start!!

Hi guys, I own a 90' formula 350 and I'm having problems with my ignition. I've looked at forums and I'm not yet exactly sure what my problem is. When I put my key in, I can turn the car on but it doesn't let me turn it Into ignition. My guess is my lock cylinder broke somehow.. my other guess VATS isn't letting me turn to ignition. My plan was to buy a vats bypass and lock cylinder, but any advice would work!!

The ignition tumbler won’t turn? Or it turns and no crank ?

VATS can't prevent the key from turning. You likely have a broken / jammed lock cylinder. Don't try to force it or you could break more stuff.
