Front turn signal

My front turn signals will not work when the headlights are on. I replaced the front bulbs with the correct ones. They work fine when the headlight are off just not when they are on. When headlights are on they stay lit solid. Also my right dash turn signal is staying lit green when the headlights are on. All other lights work fine. Any idea?
