I was wondering if I could get some feedback on a current issue i'm having with my 91 formula. The wipers will only work in the highest setting and most of the time they stall after a couple minutes and start working again minutes later. This process repeats itself. The washer fluid however works normally. My first thought would be a failing motor but i'm wondering if it could be something else.

 

Its probably the contacts in the wiper switch
