Currently swapped out all my blinker and brake lights for Leds I also took out my dash cluster and cleaned it and polished the plastic also had a bulb missing from it so i put one in the spot.. Everything is back together except now my blinkers either stay solid or if i turn on my blinkers all lights flash together as well as my entire dash and radio flash with it. Anyone run into this? The old 1156s crumbled when taking out had old yellow electrical lube in the sockets I cleaned them out the best I could. So I don't have enough anymore to just swap back. Any ideas?

Checked the ground in the trunk under the middle panel. It sparked when I disconnected it and the tails turned off. Reconnected it and the tails are back on. I removed all leds out of the back but only have 4 good bulbs in there right now. When i disconnected the tail lights the fronts, dash and radio were still flashing.
Did you change out the flasher relay modules under the drivers side of the dash for LED ones? One for turn and one for hazards
Yes I swapped them out. Currently issue-
Swapped out both flashers for electronic ones,
replaced all bulbs with new 1156 non ledLeft binker makes everything flash radio, dash all lights Right blinker makes everything except for front left blinkerHazards Make everything flash like left but just faster than the blinkers.
if headlights or parking lights are on all lights come on but blinkers and Hazards do not flash

It sounds as if you have a "cross short" situation going on. As in, a "normal" short is usually a short to ground, draws mad power & blows fuses. But a "cross short" is the kinda thing where, for instance, your running light and turn signals power leads have become shorted together, allowing either circuit to power the other.
One way this could happen is putting the wrong bulbs in the sockets. You keep mentioning 1156 bulbs, but there is no mention of the 1157 bulbs that belong in the front turnsignals. I ask because you did state "replaced all bulbs with new 1156 non led" , and if you did put 1156 in the front turn signals the single contact of the 1156 would short the two contacts in the 1157 socket together . I realize the 1156 and 1157 have different locating pin locations, but in old loose sockets it's not impossible to get them in.

oh yes i have the yellow 1157s in the front lamps.
I think i am just going to remove each light one by one and see if I can get it to change back to normal then I will know what light is causing the issue.
Is there any harnesses I should check for shorts?
Disconnected each bulb at a time and put it back in socket before i went to the next and nothing changed so doesn't look likes it's an individual socket
Don't hate me for saying this, but, I think it's gotten to the point that someone who really knows car electrical work is gonna have to see the car in person, with a multimeter at the ready, to begin chasing this down. If it were only the dash, I'd suspect the dash has lost it's ground. But where there is weirdness with the exterior lights as well, a lost ground to the dash wouldn't cause that (all of my exterior lights work perfectly with the gauge cluster not installed).
Sorry I don't have any definitive answer here for you.
Taking it to a mechanic is not something I do. I will spend a month of trying to figure it out myself before I pay someone to do it. Lol
It's in excellent condition. Garage kept only has 86,000 miles
It's got to be -
front lamps replace bulbs
Rear tail lights replace bulbs
cluster removed to polish
trunk area- added kilmat
that is the only thing that was touched

Sometimes the easiest thing to do is spend money to get an issue fixed.
Your time is worth something. If it were my car, I’d rather have it fixed and be back out driving instead of in the garage chasing electrical gremlins. I find electrical problems the worst things to resolve.
