92 Camaro Fog Light Harness Breakout
So, I got my C100 connectors cleaned with lacquer thinner and the wire and pin inserted into C100-C3 for the fog lights. In the 92, there is only the one wire from the fog light relay under the dash through the C100 to power both fog lights. I am adding 12awg purple wire to the engine side of the headlight harness and trying to get it routed like the factory. I have two issues. First where does the ground wire get routed as it is not part of the C100 connector? That is, where does it get connected to ground and then run into the headlight harness to follow along with the purple power wire to the fog lights? Next, where does the purple wire (and ground wire) break out from the headlight harness to the fog lights? At the same breakout as the forward impact sensor in front of the radiator maybe? I know I can do it pretty much how I want but I would like to keep it close to factory and this is not shown in any of the manuals (I have the factory original 92 service manual).
