Turn signal trouble

Hello. Looking for a little help diagnosing the issue before I try throwing parts at it. 1988 gta. Turn signal has no issue clicking in to turn right but pushing down to get it to click into left takes much more pressure. Everything works on the lever. Just have to push much harder to get the left turn signal to stay on until I turn. It does cancel correctly while turning. Wondering if it’s the lever or the canceling switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Turn signal trouble

Yup, that'd be the turn signal switch. Pretty common typical maintenance item.
