havent found any other fourm with a similar problem. when hazards come on every bulb flashes but driver side bumper. the fenders blink. when i just use the left turn signal theres no issues. along with right. checked the bulb to see if it was making the right contact, it was. swapped the relays by the hazard switch. replaced the clock spring. all fuses under dash are fine. any ideas? last thing to pass inspection
