Tachometer fix

  1. So on my 91 Camaro rs, my gauge cluster doesn't work really at all, it'll go on while my engines starting but dies as soon as it turns on, now I recently had to pull the gauge cluster for something else and I saw that the "flex film connector?" On the gauge was crumpled, so I sorta straightened it not thinking much of it, then reinstalled the gauge and my tachometer was no actively on but just highly inaccurate, so I pulled the cluster again and this time fully straightened the pin and even cleaned it but now the tachometer is completely dead again ☹️ my cluster is almost completely perfectly fine except for this so I don't necessarily wanna replace the thing, any help on how to repair these pins would be nice
Sorry for the bad quality but it's the bottom right pin that's messed up, hopefully u can see that's it's pretty much just crushed up and deformed
