Anyone install a Holley pro dash in early 3rd gen Camaro (82-89) looking for installation tips,pictures,?
Looking for custom bezel to mount.

 

I have a faint recollection of someone trying to fit one in but I can't find the thread, and I don't remember whether or not they were successful. I'll bet though that you can 3D print a model that you can test fit in your car. The pinch point is going to be the height needed directly above steering column.

Also, there is a website (maybe Holley's site?) that has a bunch of housings for different cars. Have you found that and was the 82-92 Camaro in that list?

 

I checked Holley and they make them only for 90-92 although the gauge set up looks different the dimensions look to be the same.

I did find a place here in Michigan that builds backplates for Holley pro dash and he is willing to make one for 12.3 screen in early 82-89 third gens

 

I'm going to be installing a 12.3 ProDash in my 1987 IROC. Does the place in Michigan that builds the backplates have a website that I could visit?

Did you recently speak with Carchains owner, Cory? If so, this is really good news.

The last time I talked to Cory about a month ago, it sounded like the 12.3 ProDash into early model 3rd gens kit was not happening anytime soon.
