fuel pump relay and maf relay

fuel pump relay and maf relay
here is my problem the wires pulled out of the plastic connectors and shorted out i was wondering if anyone knew how to put them back in the black plastic connectors

Car: 87 Formula/ 00 Xtreme
Engine: TPI 305/ v6
Transmission: struggling t-5/ 4l60E
Axle/Gears: 3.08/ 3.23
They should just push right back in.
Unless they broke off,, there should be a little tab you can bend back out to help it 'lock' back into the plastic connector housing
(the wing looking things on the terminal pic below..)

thanks but that isnt what i am taling about
im not a complete moron i need to know how to completly rewire them back with the factory connectors
