EST Sensor?
Chilton says that I need to disconnect my EST sensor to adjust my timing. It's a 91 L03. Can anyone explain to me where it is and why it has to be disconnected, just for my own personal knowledge.

It's (usually) along the pass side firewall (tan wire/black stripe)
Unplugging it makes the ignition module ignore the EST signal on the white wire (keeps the ECM from having any timing control) so you can set your initial timing.
