What Ristor to use for Blue LEDs???

Ok heres the deal I am gonn do 89 IROC Z's LED dash light mod. I am gettin 10,000 MCDs blue neons. Anyone know whut ristor i would have to use so I dont fry them? In case this matters there are going to be 11 different LEDs when finished. Any help would be a greatly appericated.

It is the unofficial probably soon to be tech article for lighting dashes with LED's. It covers the information you need for selecting a proper resistor. If you find information you need that isn't in the article or don't understand something publicly state it. The author is still working on the article and would appreciate feedback.
