how do you make your pics into jpegs or whatever they need to be to send through email and all that stuff?my dad saved me some pics of my cars on a few different 3.5 floopys,and i cant change them into the right things i need to send them to people i need to,thanks

 

Just open them up in an imaging program that does JPEG compression and do a File->Save As...

There's lotsa small free ones you can find out there on the net, in addition to the nice commercial graphics suites like Photoshop, Paintshop, Photostyler, etc.
