I just completed my swap from 91 tbi to 91 tpi (check sig for details) but I can't get the car to start. I used a tpi harness that was pulled from a 91 z28 and there are a total of three connectors not connected into anything: two prong plug that is located by the back right driver side head (same loom as the driver side fuel injectors, a two prong plug that is in the same loom as the fuel pump fuse by the battery between the fuel pump fuse and the fan connections, and of course the second fan connection. When I plug in the battery it starts to smoke like there is a crossed wire but I checked all connections and I am ok. Does the problem fall into one of these three connections that are not hooked up or somewhere else. As always thanks in advance for the help.
