3rd Brake Lite Pulsator

I HAVE SEEN THIS ON CARS AND SOME OF THEM WERE NOT FACTORY BUT CANNOT FIND OUT WHERE TO GET THIS MODULE....DOES ANYONE KNOW?

I've never tried it, but could you maybe use the thing that makes blinkers blink?

I bought and installed the sequential turn signals from Webe,
they are very easy to deal with and extremly fast delivery.

buy from them if you get the chance, I highly recommend them.!!!
