Woodbridge VA is ~25 miles south of DC.
It worked great in my car.

It would be at least $200 to ship. It's very heavy.

Do a seach for my screen name, I just sold my tranny, tq arm, x-member, clutch and flywheel, driveshaft, I also have an add up for my motor, nitrous system, and will be posting suspension parts for sale shortly. Parting out the car b/c I'm tired of dumping money into it. Getting out of the game for a while.

I'm not kidding about a bolt-in swap, I did the install by myself.
I also have spohn adj. LCA's, an air bag for drag racing, 90/10 shocks, and moroso trick front springs, etc. Let me know if you're interested.

Less than 3000 miles total. It's a stock housing that's been cut down to fit a 3rdgen. The center section and axles are moser.
What brackets did you use? Did you cut them off a 10 bolt or buy a bracket kit? Also are the LCA mounts standard or relocating? Do you have pictures?
Thanks for promptly entertaining my questions

To be honest I don't know. It looks like the brackets were home made. Very stout and the welds look good. I bought the rear complete from another racer. I've had it on an alignment machine and it tracks straight, also launches straight.
Right now I just have a picture of the rear spring/air bag, not much of just the rear.

Yes, it's still in the car at the moment. It doesn't take that long to pull though, 30minutes maybe. I've got it down to a science.
I'll try to get some pics for ya.

Just wondering if you still have the front 90/10 and trick front springs if so what kind of shape are they in and what are you looking to get for them?

Still for sale? I'm in VA, out by Dulles, used to live in Dale City too, pick up not a problem. I wasn't planning on doing this until tax time, and I would need to put in different gears for my 89 GTA automatic, but let's talk...

Shipping something that weighs 300#s is a big PITA. And it costs a few hundred bucks extra.

its really not that hard to ship it at all...you just arrange for them to come pick it up and have it on a skid.

what kind of brakes are on it, stock thirdgen stuff? Is the center section the nodular iron or aluminum piece? I'm assuming it accepts a torque arm?

I'll get some pics today.
The brakes are disc, they look like ford stuff. And yes it accepts a TQ arm, LCA's, and stock rear spring and shock set up.
The case is nodular iron.

No offense, but you and 3 others offered me 1000 in cash through pm's and emails. If I do decide to GIVE it away for that much, then I will add your name to the list of people who want it for a grand. Now if you came up with 1200 cash, it's yours. Or money order, or cashiers check. Not trying to be a smart ***, but everyone on this board knows what a new one will cost ya. For example the comprable rear from Spohn perf. will cost you 2,545.00.

I am very interested in the rear, do you know if it would bolt into a 1987 Iroc-Z, I believe it would. I have drum brakes at the moment, would a proportioning valve be all I need to install? Also I would be able to pick it up on the 18th, would you take $1000.00?

Right now I'm really trying to get 1200 for it. You don't NEED a proportioning valve but it is recomended. I was running skinnies up front so a little extra braking power at the rear was what I needed. I used to have drum brakes on my car and it litterally bolted in. And yes, it'll fit in an 1987.
