It's funny how he works around the question (to send the stuff) with excuses. First it was losing his job......yet he apparently has enough money to post WTB ads

And the second excuse was that he feels he's being picked on so he's holding the snorkle.......even though it's packed and ready to go..

And the third excuse is the guy got a good deal ($100) so he shouldn't complain anyways....but the fact remains is that Dave Serlen (TorqueTilla) is $100 richer (four months ago) and the victim is out of his pockets with nothing to show for it.
