Everyone be wary about purchasing any of this stuff. He sure sounds like an honest guy when you talk to him via email, but once he gets your Money Order, he suddenly has excuse after excuse after excuse about why he hasnt been able to ship your (or my) stuff out.

100 dollars and 2 weeks later and im STILL waiting.

Hey. I bought the sway bars and the B&M trans pak w/ trick shift fluid from him, sent the money and guess what. They came in before he said they would. So I don't what happened with the earlier guy, but I got my stuff from him promptly. And while talkn to him, he did mentioned that he was on crutches. So give the guy some slack. It's not easy getting things done when your on crutches. I know cause I was layed up awhile from a motorcycle accident. Anyways, two thumbs up on 91greenbird and his seller status.

Yeah well to add to the story, i got those headlights that i paid 100 dollars for installed, and the motors are both shot. I bought them from him to REPLACE headlights that had shot motors. Nothing like waiting three weeks for a ship date, only to get your stuff and when you finally get it installed, find out you bought worthless crap from someone who took your money, and was too busy out buying another car to ship you decent parts...

I dunno man I saw those motors first hand before they were even removed from the car they were on and they worked great, and I didnt see any problems.

Really? You saw them work? Because in a PM, 91greenliar told me they camr off a junk car. So he pulled them from a junk car that still had a good battery, harness, keys, and he had them on and moving up and down?

Yeeeah. I guess the bushings just wore out when they were in the mail then, hmm?

Im still trying to figure this one out: What would be my motivation, if the headlight motors werent really crap when they got here? Ive offered to give back exactly what i received, so im obviously not in it trying to get stuff for free. And its definetely more annoying than enjoyable, so i ask you again: I can definetely see his motivation for selling me crap (getting money for junk parts...), but whats my motivation for making such a stink, unless i really got crap parts???

junk car

yes the car did have a good battery in it the reason it was parted was because it had a blown 305 in it and the interior was ripped to nothing. bought it from a local guy that sold it to me for 500 the reason i bought it was to take the steering wheel and sway bars and wheels for my old firebird and sell the parts that were good on it. 90camarotbi helped me part the car and he seen the headlights worked to. Like i said before im not gonna defend the fact that it along time to ship but like i said i had surgery you can also pm krisb410 i sold sway bars and shift kit to him and he seen my scar and me hoping around on crutches. I also bought a coil just recently from bluezee28 and he posted on what a great buyer i am. aslo im in the process of selling a thermostat to a member in new york. If im such a con then why do i get on hear everyday always answer emails and pms you send me. Your the only person who had a problem with me. But like i said the shipping did take forever and i dont blame you for trashing me on that. And when you received the headlights 3 monts ago you should have tested them because if they didnt work then i would have refunded you im not gonna give you money back from something that sat or was installed on your car for 3 months!!

Seems to me, if he told you that they were off a parts/junk car, and you still bought them. Then you assume the risk involved. Anytime you buy used parts you assume the risk involved with those parts, end of story. If you wanted new parts, then you should buy new parts. So stop ur bichtn and realize that he told you what the parts were, and you still decided to buy them.

So by that logic, if i decide to sell a, engine out of a used car, and i say it works and runs... The person on the other end should be okay with receiving a blown motor, because even though i *said* it ran, it was used, and therefore the level of expectation should be lowered?

He didnt say they were off a JUNK car, he said he had working headlights with working motors to sell. I even sent a clarification email asking, because i needed a headlight AND a motor, not one or the other. He said both were present, and they both were working. THAT is the SOLE reason i made such a purchase.

Yes, i admit, they sat in my office (in the4 packaging you sent me, mind you) for the last 3 months, uninstalled. I would loved to have installed them immediately, so that i could have returned your crap earlier, but as i said: I was expected them two weeks earlier, when i was on VACATION, and had time to install them.

I, like you, a busy. And because you couldnt ship **** in time, i had to wait for another free moment three months later. Its not a daily driver, its not at the top of the priority list when people have real responsibilities. So when someone like YOU makes it impossible to keep to a planned schedule (like, ya know, within two WEEKS of payment) then things sometimes have to sit until life makes time.

Still, if thats your biggest complaint (that im just asking for a refund now), if your game is going to be to see how many people you can get to come online and vouch for you, then i can go get the collection of people who saw the two headlights sitting in my office all summer long down here to post too.

ANd BTW (since you are all too dense to understand what im talking about):

Im not denying you had surgery. The fact is, i dont care. If youre not well enough to ship stuff, dont sell stuff. And id be more forgiving, if it really seemed like you were laid up in a hospital. But DURING THE TWO WEEKS YOU WOULDNT SHIP MY STUFF, you were out posting about buying, registering, and insuring your new car.... All things that im sure you drove by a UPS to do.

And i too have done business with quite a few people from here, over the last 7 years. Between here and the NE3G board, ive never had a bad transaction (aside from buying from thirdgenresource, but wasnt EVERY transaction there a problem, lol), with me on either end... Until i bought this junk from you.

So if you want to keep playing this game, fine. Its all about principle at this point. And ive got nothing but time.

Oh, and BTW krisb...

I'm looking for a external hard drive to back up some files, if you have one layn around I could really use it.
I have one. You know, its used. But it works. Right?

Yeah I'm lookn for a hard drive, but I'm not putting anything on it that I'll be hurting if I lose it, Just stuff I'd like to save while my buddy Re-does my computer. I dunno what he's gonna do, but I just want something in case. And yes, I will assume the risk of buying a used hard drive, but I def would test it out as soon as I got it. I know ur pissed but there is little action you can take. You can let everbody know, which you did, but now your just whining like a little 5 year old. You made your point once, what else do you want? You are not entitled to a refund, yeah it would be nice, but. I know where your coming from, I bet it's happened to everybody at one time or another.
