Converting '89 T-5 to work w/mechanical speedo

Hi everyone, I'm converting my '88 Camaro, which was originally an automatic, to a 5-speed. The T-5 that I have used a vehicle speed sensor, and my car has a cable-driven speedometer. I need some parts, can anyone help me out with what I need to convert the T-5 to work with a cable-driven speedometer?

I can get you the mechanical speedo bullet assembly and gear if you need one. There's several T5 cars in the junkyard here with mechanical speedos. If you could let me know what ratio your rearend gears are, I can try to get one with the correct speedo gear for your ratio. Let me know if you're interested.

I've got a used sleeve and a 3.23 driven gear if that would be useful. Isn't the sleeve still available from GM?

I don't think GM carries the sleeve anymore; I checked on GM Parts Direct, and found nothing useful.
