Very nice used(but its looks new) I was told it was used when I bought it but I think its new. I see nothing that shows it was used. I don't want to say its new. Accel 58mm billet throttle body. All new gaskets. IAC housing and used working motor. Used and working TPS and all mounting hardware. No top plate but you can buy one off of E-bay for cheap and your choice of design. This has the 89-92 style throttle linkage. Summit sells this for $599.95 with NO top plate or gasket, NO IAC housing, motor, hardware and gaskets, NO TPS or hardware. In Summits description they say gaskets included, this is ONLY the plenum to TB gasket and the TB to oval adapter gasket. Asking $350.00 shipped.
