Re: Holley 750 vac. sec. carb. no choke horn, $100

I'll have to get you the part number from it.. But it's a 3310 750 vaccum secondary carb.. It could have at one time been set up with either a manual choke or electric choke as holley made both kits, but the choke plte and housing have been cut away and ground down for good flow.. This is typically done for alot of race applications. It's ready to run, but it has pretty beefy jets in it. If you're putting it on a stock 350, you will have to get smaller jets. You can definitely run it without the choke, but if you have to run it in any cold weather, forget it unless you have a stick to put on the gas pedal till it's warmed up.. If cold weather is a definite, forget it. This carb will just **** you off until it's warmed up. I ran it on my firebird with vortec heads and a big cam, etc.. and tuned it to run upwards of 6000 RPMs. For anything close to stock, it will run SUPER rich. I had to use it on my pickup truck for a week once in a sort of emergency and it was pretty bad.. ran great on the car though. Especially when it was petal to the floor racing.
