I'm helping out a friend with a 95 Camaro V6...We are looking to drop a Small Block into... he has a 3.4 V6 that needs a rebuild he is wanting to sell for 400 from intake to oil pan. the Transmission is a Automatic he wants 200 for it... Driveshaft make a offer.... Trades for engine swap may be accepted.. or make him a deal for the whole package... prices not set in stone... Price is a little high for a motor that needs a rebuild. I am selling a Camaro in the classifieds section that has a rebuilt 3.4 motor in it for less than you are asking for the core.

will tranny fit 3.1?

 

I think so... I believe they are set up on the same bolt pattern...

 

It is the same bolt pattern, but you will need the computer to control it. The computer from the 3.4L engine that is. Also, not sure how it would bolt up to the crossmember (never measured the length and mount location).
