Yeh I spoke to him on the phone and got a sense that he was honest. Hopefully we are just jumping to conclusions. I will not use anything but paypal from now on though just to keep my wife from beating me down over this. 150 bucks ain't alot but it still takes it away from the family.

Sorry guys for the hold up. I have been out of it a little since I crashed my bike. I had someone who was supposed to get my parts shipped out for me but apparently didn't. I will have everyone's parts shipped no later than wed. I really don't want anyone to think I am a scammer. If you want to call me I will have my phone back wed. My baby brother has it currently.

Guys, I have nothing to do with this at all, but I will say that lately TGO notifications haven't been making it to my email. But of course this guy obviously knows he has some (rightfully so) pissed off people and he should be well aware of everything that is going on. Deals like this make it hard for an honest buyer or seller to get the respect they have earned in all the transactions they have made over the internet. I buy alot of stuff online, and sorry to say it but TGO has more deadbeat sellers on it than I have ever dealt with or witnessed. Even more so than Ebay.

And yeah, I love it when you have 10 people who are posting how they got screwed then you get someone post about how they have interest in an item so they can magically get treated any better than the other 10 who are getting ripped off(???)

 

Still no word for me. I tried to call him and sent him an e-mail. I am still active duty Marine Corps so I will ask a lawyer buddy of mine to check into the possibility of mail fraud since we all used money orders.

ok the address that I have for him is actually in Jefferson County,I have gone down the line and got the number that we need and everyone else that I have spoken with (other detectives) say that there is definatly action that can be taken because of the amount money together from all of usThat Number is 1-865-475-3845

As I was typing this his brother called me back because of a missed call on his phone and I explained the situation to him and he said he would let him know we're all looking for him..I informed him that we were in the process of trying to get the law involved at this point and he said he would definatly have him call us..

still no word from me. I have already contacted the Legal Department here on Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort and yes we definately have a case if we want to absolutely crush this young man but I don't think we need to go that far yet. For everyone else.
1. Can you please start posting actual figures of the money you sent ZrsBotie.
2. Hopefully you still have your reciepts for your money orders.
3. Please take the time to type up and consolidate your information through the website here and your personal email traffic with ZrsBotie and e-mail me with the documents and I will start getting it put together in a legal type package.
4. Please send me a pm with your personal e-mails and I will respond with mine and my phone number if you have questions as to what we can and can not do.
5. Not sure if this will be a felony depending on the total amount of money stolen. I will have my legal out here look over it and see what I need to get notarized on both ends.
6. Once I have all the information collected I will work with Dwillis since he is closer to him to see if he can drop it off and the local police department.
7. This may cost us a few extra dollars but is the right things to do.

I'm pretty sure that the most interest is coming from the guy who has ACTUALLY PAID for the headers a while ago and still has yet to receive them. Either way if you want to go ahead and mail a money order out to this seller then I'm sure at this point these guys will give you the address to do so........................

Hey guys sorry that I have not been prompt. I have had a ton of crap going on after the wreck. I am not making excuses everyone should have received there parts along time ago and they have not and that is my fault. I have shipped everything out and you should be able to check the info tomorrow. I sold everything that I posted and was able to get most of it out with no problems. Again I am sorry. I am not one of these scammers that takes the money and runs and I hate that people now think that of me. Hopefully I can make it up to everyone and be a part of this community again.
