Re: Parting out my project!

generated labels are active the second that the package is scanned/picked up by fedex/UPS. If you have a tracking number, but there is no data, it is because the package HAS NOT shipped.

Re: Parting out my project!

Has anyone recieved anything yet? If the parts were actually sent out when he said they were you should have recieved something by now. Please post up and let me know. I intend to go back over to legal services on Monday. DWillis have you actually filed a report through TN yet? I will be ready to start the proceeding on Monday. I say we all get on and file a report then I can take the report numbers to an attorney out here and see what we have. Once again the total value is enough to make a serious problem for the young man. I don't even care if I get the parts. I want my cash back.

Re: Parting out my project!

Dwillis and Country please file actual complaint through the attached website. Keep your case numbers. I have informed Matt that I want my money back. If he is unwilling to talk then I will file the forms and start with the fraud proceedings on Monday. I will also take the information to my legal folks and have them set it up for the police to take action.

Re: Parting out my project!

Nothing here, I filled out the forms for fraud and reported him. I will be contacting his local police department tommorrow. Hopefully they get enough to charge his little *** with a felony and put him in jail. I am not overly pissed over the money it was only 150 for me but I would like to see a moderator ban his account so he can not scam anyone else. I will update after I speak to his local police.

Re: Parting out my project!

I was scammed a few years back by this guy:

http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/inde...albumId=206174

Sold me a carb and never shipped. Same shiat that happened to you guys the guy answered the phone once after that never would pick it up again. I paid paypal and luckily eventually got 185 out of $227.00 back. Thing is I searched and found his myspace and other info and passed it on to everyone that would listen. Fat bastard probably used the money to buy potato chips. Do a search you'll be suprised at what you can find.

Re: Parting out my project!

Well I have filed a complaint with his local PD and through the USPS. All we can do is wait now. I do have a couple of old ******* Marine buddies that live 45 minutes from the shitbag and would really love to send somebody to whip his *** but maybe they will actual charge the little thief with a felony who knows.

EACH OF YOU NEED TO CALL HIS P.D! MAKE AS BIG A FUSS AS POSSIBLE! Then check and see if he is up for federal crimes since the usps and money orders were involved. I hope you guys get your money back and he gets the jail time he deserves. The fact the sorry bastard came back and made a new ad shows malice and will actually hurt him worse when you guys get him to court.

Re: Parting out my project!

everyone that got scammed should call. Not just one person. If they have multiple complaints from different callers instead of one, they are more apt to do it than just one person saying "im not the only one"

saddens me that people have to be like this but i hope the PD really gets this guy for you. It does ruin this for all the legit sellers out there

good luck

I definantly feel your pain guys, I was scamed on here last year for $300.00 bucks for a TPI set-up that i never got, Its good to see thirdgener's banning together for a common goal, hope every thing works out for you guys, and I hope that guy gets whats coming to him so the real sellers and buyers can continue doing business! Just my 2 cents!!!!

All I know is two things
1:I DO NOT FORGET!!!!
2:I DO NOT FORGIVE!!!

I will be in that area at some point, and I will pay our friend a visit..It may not be tomorrow or next week but we have a job coming up in east TN soon.and for redemption of my money I WILL be swinging by to "Talk"...
I won't announce it until I return but oh yes it will happen...Where I come from we don't take kindly to thieves...

Re: Parting out my project!

OK We have made some headway.I spoke with Det. Carter today. He has spoken with the guy.But the "guy"Matt...told him that he would call him tom. and give him tracking numbers for the stuff and Det Carter also said that if we do not recieve anything we will proceed with criminal charges against Matt.So I hope that this will be a lesson to this guy.It doesn't matter the amount you mess with someones money and its on...

I told Det Carter that he had given us bogus tracking numbers and explained that whole deal to him...Matt Told the Det. that "he had trouble with his shipper" and that wa the reason for delay.I clearly told him that it has been a few months now so he could have addressed this situation earlier..So there it is.The Detectives number is 865-471-6000 select the sheriffs dept and then when prompted enter his extension 1107.if we all talk to the same guy thats talking to him it would be better.at least call him and leave him a message...

Just wanted everyone to have a heads up..

Cool so the detective is on the case. This is when EVERYONE INVOLVED should call the above number and AT LEAST LEAVE A MESSAGE. Put the pressure on the Detective to get this solved, put the pinch on this thief during the holidays! What a Christmas it would be for the family for him to get arrested!
