*BRAND NEW* Stainless Works header & pipe system for LS1 Thridgen's
I have a brand new, never used still in the box stainless steel header and y-pipe system with two hi-flow cats. I purchased this system from Hawk's Third Generation Camaro and Firebird. The reason I am selling them is because I am having a custom set of larger headers made to accomadate the big cubes (454) and high flowing heads. Again, these headers have never been used and are still in the bubble wrap. The primaries are 1 3/4" and the y-pipe is 2 1/2" in dia. with 2 Random Techonolgy Metal Matrix Catylitic Converters.
Per Hawk's description on his website, these cats have a more durable matrix than ceramic cats and they are the highest flowing cats on the market. These headers were designed on a '87 IROC with an LS1 using Hawk's Thirdgen motor mounts, transmission crossmember and lowered with an Eibach Sportline kit. These headers do not have an EGR port or air tubes. Note: If you are using Spohn transmission crossmember you will have to modify the crossmember. Also, clamps are included but gaskets are not.
From Hawk's this header system (Item#: HAWKSLS1HCAT) will cost you $1800.00. For the same system BRAND NEW, I will sell for $1650.00.
