Low mileage cammed and full bolt-on LT1/T56 dropout
From a friends '97 SS
cammed, bolt-on's LT1/T56 complete drop out w/ wire harness & tuned PCM.
Long block: ~40k miles on long block, stock bottom end, stock heads, stock intake
Vavletrain: ~6k miles on valvetrain, CC503 cam, Crane 10308 dual springs, TF chromemoly pushrods, Comp 1.6 NSA 7/16" Pro Mags, TF guideplates.
Bolt ons: PS painted 1 3/4" LT headers, scrapes on bottom because car is slammed, paint is all burned off which is normal. Prof Prod 52mm TB. Cobra 39# injectors. OEM SLP LT1 CAI.
PCM: Tuned by MadTuner for all the mods, runs great
Transmission: ~170k miles, new Zoom clutch recently installed. Stock shifter, hurst handle. Shifts perfectly, hasn't missed a beat!
The bad: Leaks a little oil from valve covers and timing cover. Easy to reseal once the engine is out.
Engine runs great, pulls like a **** too. I haven't dyno'd it yet, but I did trap 87.20mph at Irwindale with this set up. Have the timeslip to prove it.
He's asking 2000 obo..
I've ridden and driven his car with this setup and it really pulls hard. Would make one hell of a swap for a thirdgen and for cheap. Only reason he's selling is he wants to do an lsx swap into the car.
Call 714-917-7532 and ask for Jason.
