BBSDesign single turbo kit (no turbo)
Ive been holding this for alongggg time! bought this several yrs ago to use on my 82z28. Well that car is a tin can probably bout now and well i have no use for this kit. might as well sell it and hope it goes to good use. I paid over $3000 for this. Since it doesnt have a turbo now, im gonna look to sell it all for $1500 shipped!!!!
now i can get the same turbo that was with the kit, most prices are around $1000 for same turbo. which was a turbonetics 62-1. OR if you already have a turbo with a t4 flange and vband style exuast outlet flange then your good to go.

$1500 shipped for a bolt on kit for a TPI motor is too much? The only thing missing from the kit is the turbo. So for a $3000 bolt on kit for $1500 shipped since its only missing the turbo is too much?

That is the same price you posted in your original posting, which isn't a bad price, in my opinion.

yes same price for turbo kit PLUS the intercooler and thats shipped for everything in the pics. yeah not too bad. if i had the money to get a new turbo for this kit then its would be a sweet kit.

The turbo that came with it and was used on it was a turbonetics 62-1. You can get them on ebay from what i saw starting around $800 brand new.

Is this the bbs a/c or a/c delete kit? looks like a/c delete

Im not 100% sure but i did go thru all my email between bbsdesigns and me and doesnt say anything bout being a/c delete.

If you can find someone to burn chips for the f-body's still, im sure it can be done. Otherwise you might have to go to a aftermarket engine management system.

The first pic is an installed bbs desighns v-belt kit or it can be used on serpentine systems with the a/c deleted,this is the kit he has.They did make a kit that let you keep the a/c(pic 2) and they also had a twin turbo kit(pic 3).They went out of bussnes because someone copied there desighn and made cheapo versions.

Yeah seeing those pics makes it more clear and yes it definately looks like the a/c delete style
