I have a posi rear that I just removed from my car. It has 3.73 gears in it. The posi is still good in it and the gears look good too. Has discs brakes on the back of it. The one bearing is noisy in it (almost positive its the pinion bearing) but the axle still goes just fine. If anyone is interested in it make me an offer. Thanks.

 

Hey what rear is it? 4th gen? Stock 85 26-spline 10-bolt or is it a 9-bolt. Defanately interested.

 

...also what price are you asking for it? I know you said offer but i want to see if you in my ballpark range. Also if its a forth gen rear end does it come with the parking brake cable and prop. valve?

 

It is a 3rd gen rear 10 bolt, it's out of an 84 z28. It will need brake lines and hoses since they are on my car now. I haven't made my exact price yet, I just wanted to get some offers first and then see.

I have my eyes on a local craigslist posting on one that is complete for $300. It is the 4th gen one also which is what i would prefer as i like the stance better. Only problem with the local one is that it is 3.42 gears not 3.73 like id prefer. I will let you know if it goes sour tho. Maybe the other guy on here will be interested right away.
