Engine: Cammed 350
Transmission: Tremec Tr-3550
Axle/Gears: 3.42
82-92 Fbody Tremec 3550 Swap
I have a Tremec 3550 swap for 82-92 Fbody. This is currently in my car and working great. The swap will include:
Tremec 3550 Trans. Mileage is unknown but still works great, its a gm setup so it has the correct size input shaft on it to use gm clutches and pilot bearings as well as gm throwout bearings.
Lakewood Blowproof Bellhousing for 82-92 camaro, less then 50 miles on it. This will fit a 153 or 168 tooth flywheel and use stock hydraulics. Has Adjustable clutch pivot on it already.
Adapter for Tremec 3550 to T-5 Housing, this moves the mounting holes from the 17* tilt on a t5 to the straight up TR3550 Pattern.
I will include all Hydraulics and Clutch/brake Pedal. Master is stock and slave is a new reman unit with less the 500 miles.
I have a driveshaft made by Thrash/Driveshaft Specialties here in San Antonio, it has the correct TR3550 yoke and fits a stock 10 bolt rearend. The guys at Thrash said this shaft should be good to 700Hp.
Will also include the t-5 crossmember, spacers and mount adapter.
Everything is here for you to convert to a manual from an auto.
Looking for $1500 OBO. I have much more tied into this setup, will consider partial trades. Im looking for a th400 short shaft core, ls7 lifters, 7.425 LS pushrods, 98-02 ls1 f body manifolds, Ls1 Intake injectors and rails, Ls1 F body pan windage and pickup.
