SVO 30 lb. Injectors

I have a set of 30 lb. SVO injectors for sale. They were used for not even two weeks. After that, the motor was pulled and replaced with a different motor and bigger injectors. They have been in my closet for years and I no longer have any use for them. I'm asking $125.00 shipped for them.

Re: SVO 30 lb. Injectors

I thought the SVOs were 24lb? Or is there more than 1 SVO injector?

No, I think they came in 24#, 30#, and 42#. SVO I think stands for "Special Vehicle Options". BTW, who widened your rims and how much did they charge? I have a pair of SLP ZR-1's that I want widened.

SVO does stand for that, your correct. I'm not real "up" on Ford stuff, so I wasn't aware of the different sizes out there. I just know of the 24s that are a common swap for TPIs. Mu L98 is pretty stock, so I think your 30s would be a little too much for me.

Here is who did my wheels. I had them powdercoated there too, after they widened them, so they came back wider & powdercoated.
www.wheelsamerica.com

I liked Wheels America method of using another set of wheels to widen them. Instead of cutting, adding in a strip & having 2 weld seams......They cut your outers off, cut another wheel using the inner from it, but wider to what you wanted, then weld it to your outer. This makes for only 1 seam.

When I had tires put on, they said nothing about them being hard to balance, of course used sticky weights on the inside only & they ride great. No unbalance at all, with the tires on.

Cool, thanks for the info. How much did you pay to have them done?

IIRC, $650/both for the shipping there + widening +powdercoating + outer lip polishing + shipping back. $325/each. Coulda saved some by hand delivering them & providing donor wheels, but I didn't do either one.

Plus the cost of buying them to begin with!

But now I have what I WANT, not just what manufacturers offer & everyone else can buy.
