i have a 9" currently in a 91 Z28 it has 31 spline axles 4:10s and is posi also has 12" disk brakes. i am looking to trade for a 10 bolt disk brake rear end with no issues PLUS $600 cash. it is not a strang nor moser rear i believe it is a currie but not 100% sure as it came in the car when it was bought. just sold the car as a roller but without the 9" so i need something to replace it with (disk brake 10 bolt)

I have a great condition 10-bolt rear disk rearend in a 87 IROC with 3.73 gears in it. I'm located right in NY, near Albany. Only problem is I'm out of town until July 5. I'd also like to see some pics of the rear. PM me if you wanna work something out...

turbo-z: that rear plus $600 and we can call it a deal. july 5th is only a week away so im willing to hold on to it if needed. its currently still in the car so i will need to remove it anyways.

if it was a Currie 9" rear end, it would have a riveted tag red/black/white on it saying so
with a make/buld # on it has well, all axles would also be marked with the Currie name/Logo in red and blue

tag would be just right of the pumpkn

 

then its an "IDUNNO" but its made for FBody and currently installed in my 91Z with all factory style suspension...

 

im in marlborough mass i would meet somewhere BUT i have no way at all of transporting this...i need to buy a truck desperately

 

ill give you my factory 3.45 9 bolt disc which is worth more then a 10 bolt, and 500 cash, i would be willing to drive to you to pickup.

 

not really a matter of getting a rear thats worth more just need a rear for the car to take place of the 9". 9 bolt or 10 bolt disk still looking for no less than $600 cash

this is a steal for anyone looking to upgrade and still has their factory rear...

 

If it wasnt such a steep gear ratio id be interested but as it is now thats way too much gear for my 700 and i dont want to deal with the fuss of swapping gears or the money of putting a T56 in just yet. Too bad too cause thats a screamin deal. Good luck.

 

it is a lot of gear but i did run this with the factory 700 r4 and it wasnt that bad on the highway cant remember the rpms for the life of me at 80 tho unfortunately...def was amazing when i swapped to a T56...
