From the install sheet:
"Application: Designed for 1985-1992 Camaros and Firebirds (except 1987-1992 Formula) with Tuned Port Injection V8s. This
brace triangulates the front end and reduces chassis flex. This stiffens the chassis for improved cornering and more responsive steering."

 

My car is far from a tbi or Tpi but I thought the tbi ones were 3point I may be wrong though. I'm in the market for a 3 point

 

This is a 3 point, one bracket on the firewall, one on each of the struts.
