i have a 89 rs camaro that i am just tired of and i have had enough of, im 17 an i just cant stand to work on it anymore, its just sucking the life out of me at this point. the main reason for this post is i want an estimate price of how much i could make out of parting it out. i will put up some pictures tell me what you think i can get out of it and how much you have got out of parting out your car. ( im not sure if i want to part it out yet though)

-89 RS camaro-
- 3" functional fiberglass hood
- T-Tops are in GREAT SHAPE! no scratches
- rear end is a stock open diff with 2 somthing gears
- stock 700r4
- 355 stroker with forged internals, victor JR intake and holley 650 dbl pumper, estimated between 400 and 450 hp ( not sure if i want to sell the motor)
- the interior is pretty clean and in great condition for a 22 year old car, seats are great.
- Trans Am rear hatch that brings a little bit of a cool look to the car, Hatch is in excellent condition.
- 4 RS Rims that have been completely reworked, they have been sand blasted and powder coated black, took me alot of time and money. ( not sure if i want to sell the rims, but $ talks)
- the body overall for 22 yeas old isnt to bad but it has some rust under the car not to much but it is there.

Personally, the only thing that hatch does is make it look like an 88 sport coupe.

 

Why in the world do you have a dual needle speedometer in an 89?

the motor DOES RUN, this car is just more work than i have money for. im 17 and i lost my job a while ago and i cant seem to find one. this would be a great car if i was like 25 and had a good paying job. the car use to be a V6, that is why it has the strange gauges.

Btw, it's history as a v6 has nothing to do with that speedometer. They only put those on 82-84 camaros. Somebody swapped it out once
